Helping families understand aging and changing health situations so they can stay aligned around what matters most.

Families often reach a moment when they realize they need to step back and understand what is really happening.

Something has changed. A diagnosis may have been given. Health may be shifting. The path forward may feel uncertain.

Sometimes the people who care about the same person see the situation differently. Everyone wants to do the right thing, but it is not always clear what the right thing is.

EverGuide helps families understand what is happening with a loved one’s health and well-being so they can stay aligned around what matters most as decisions arise.

Families often reach out when:

• A new diagnosis or major change in health has occurred
• A hospitalization or sudden medical event has happened
• Gradual decline has become difficult to interpret
• Family members see the situation differently
• The family wants to be sure decisions reflect what matters most

If your family has reached a moment like this, you are not alone. Many families simply need a place to step back, understand the situation clearly, and move forward together.

A Place for Shared Understanding

What Is EverGuide?

EverGuide helps families step back, understand what is happening with a loved one’s health, and stay aligned around what matters most as decisions arise.

eg web.png

EverGuide helps individuals and families understand and navigate the changes that often come with aging and serious health conditions.

Through guided conversations led by trained Conversation Specialists, EverGuide helps families step back and understand what is happening with a loved one’s health, how those changes are affecting daily life, and what matters most to the person at the center of care.

These conversations help families develop a shared understanding of the situation so they can approach decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

EverGuide does not replace medical care. Medical teams focus on diagnosing and treating illness. EverGuide helps families understand what those realities mean for everyday life and the decisions that may lie ahead.

What Families Receive

Families who work with EverGuide receive ongoing support designed to help them understand changing health circumstances and remain aligned as decisions arise. Over the course of the year, each family works with a Conversation Specialist through a series of conversations and updates tailored to their situation.

Why EverGuide Was Created

My life’s work has been stepping into the hardest chapters of people’s stories—where pain, fear, and doubt are too often the central characters.

I started EverGuide to, in my small way, help end the physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering that so often accompanies aging and illness. This happens best when individuals are prepared, and families are fully engaged and equipped to care for the ones they love.

My life’s work has been stepping into the hardest chapters of people’s stories—where pain, fear, and doubt are too often the central characters. I’ve walked into the places most people avoid—hospital rooms, hospice bedsides, family living rooms filled with conflict—and offered clarity and peace when confusion and suffering threatened to take over.

I started EverGuide to help reduce the physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering that so often accompanies aging and serious illness. Over many years working with patients and families, I saw how much suffering grows when people are unprepared and families struggle to understand what is happening.

What Support Looks Like

EverGuide supports individuals and families through a series of guided conversations to help everyone remain aligned as circumstances evolve.

Support.png

These conversations form the foundation of EverGuide's work and are revised as circumstances evolve. Most families choose a monthly or bi-monthly basis.

Investment

Families typically work with EverGuide over the course of a year as circumstances evolve.

Most families invest between $1,500 and $3,500 per year, depending on the level of support needed.

The best place to begin is with a complimentary family meeting where we can discuss your situation and determine the level of support that would be most helpful.

You held me through my leaving.

Thank you.”
